How to tell if my head has been milled

I picked up a used predator non hemi that was apart when I got it.

I am getting ready to build the head. I am not sure if the head has been milled or not, as I have always worked with hemis I have nothing to compare it to.

Are there some measurements I can take to tell if it has been milled?

It is an RTB-03 casting.

Measure the depth between the valves and compare it to stock.

Can anyone supply me with that stock measurement?

That is pretty much what I am looking for.

You really only need the measure between valve cover gasket and head gasket surface anyone with a head off should be able to get it quickly for you
