Hp out of go kart motor

I know that people are gonna stretch the numbers a little bit😂 but what is the most hp you guys have ever seen out of a OHV more and what is the most HP you have ever seen out of a Flathead? This is just a thread for fun to see how much HP some motors are capable of putting out.

Like this but the owner had done a little bit more to it and it would go way fast than legal so they had to put 200 pounds on the chassis to get it to run 7.90. Those motors are no joke.

Yes. I saw that thing. BAD FAST!!!! There are some open karts at twister that have 125 and 250 2 strokes on them and the stock appearing karts are whooping them when they run open because the stock appearing karts can hook up and stay in the throttle around the track but the 2 stroke karts make to much power and on a small track like twister they don’t even get much rpm built up. They just break the tires loose every time they get on the throttle
 
The 500cc Jawas and GMs are flat track engines. I've heard of people having triple digits with them in certain setups.
 
I took a sa flatty to the dyno . Expecting 12-15 hp .
Dang thing barley made 9 but it spun up good ,
before it blew the side cover gasket .
Dyno operator was not happy bout that .
