Yes that is how it works. Do you know what kind of chassis would have those?They are probably screw jackers...if it's got a stop nut above the spindle, I'd wager that the spindle barrel is threaded and you can raise or lower your cross without the hassle of shim washers.

I’ve never heard of that but do you have any pictures of it?Looks like my son's 2001 Buller speed demon this might me a older Buller cause it doesn't have the fully adjustable front spindles like the speed demon

it has 1.25 in tubingI always assumed LT meant Left Turn and indicated an offset chassis... But it could mean Large Tube, 1.25" vs. 1.125"
