I need help identifying my chassis

I have been out of karting for 11 years and I'm stepping back in with my 11 year old son I need to figure out what kart I have any help would be great I can take better pics of it tomorrow

The triangular plate steel steering post with the stars is an obvious ultra max give away .
I was thinking element . Which probably had L blocks .
Looks like XXX40 knew it right off .

You ever heard of cochran motor speedway in cochran Ga. Well the man that owns that track is building a kart track dont really know the spec on the track as now. But we use to run the car track. And had big turn outs names like Dee Pascal and Ethan nipper and smoking joe ( rip) would come set up and sell stuff. But had some big names. He plans to pay top 10 in each class and a 1000 $ race in 1 class every weekend. But im gonna run the black seal engine (196 cc) clone on maxxis el tires
 
Do you have any idea how old the kart is?

That gas tank looks very much like one that I built in the 70s and 80s

It looks like there's a crossmember in the front where the steering shaft mount's. That was a feature of my Mayko Shark kart. Others copied it so it's hard to tell. Better pictures would help!

steering upright, and steering wheel are in house parts made by Ward karting.
chassis is 03/04
