ID location slack reactor

I've removed the axle, cleaned and polished both bearing hangers... NO luck. MFG suggested the same thing.. anyone know where on the hanger i should look harder at!! i even got out my old man glasses. MFG said it's likely an 07-09
What's the code look like? letters or numbers?, both?

Someone at Slack has been very helpful via FB messenger,...
still not ID to be found.. maybe the powder coat is to thick to see the stampings. most of the older karts i've purchased have the bottoms almost no powder coat after a season or two.. this one still in great shape.

I just like to track all my karts with the number from the MFG if i can find it.. Karts in great shape, and after some investigating it appears i may be the 3rd owner, as the engine on it was ID'd by its builder and confirmed the driver and kart from about two years ago... coincides with the info given to me by the guy i got it from.
Many of the bolts still have factory wire ties on them. So i think i got a good deal.
I do the same thing with my motors.. just particular like that i guess.
