idling issues with ducar 212.

I have a super stock ducar 212 that does not want to idle. Would start run with throttle about half way open but would not idle. now wont start. Is it flooded? Any adjustments i need to make? Idle screw is turned all the way in from builder
 
First describe what a super stock has had done too it ?
When you say idle screw ; do you mean idle speed screw ?
Builder ? You call the builder ?
How long has it been between running and not running , days ,weeks or months ?
 
Not sure what all was done inside. It started ran fine but rough idles then died. Now I cannot get it to start at all or even fire over. I do have spark fuel I’m not sure what’s up. I cleaned all the carb and jets out.
 
Sounds like a fuel delivery problem. Any time I've had an engine that sort of ran then got harder and harder to start until it wouldn't it was something stupid like a fuel shutoff or plugged tank vent.
