We just got off the phone with the officials of Ben Hur Speedway. As of 7:00pm 5/15/2014 all systems are a go. The track received a very fine mist till about noon. The clouds finally gave way to the sun and has been beautiful every since. There is no standing water on the track, the grass is dry, and everything else is drying real good. The forecast has changed and now is only calling for a chance of a shower or two in the area and ending early tomorrow. The forecast remains favorable for Saturday. We will continue to be in contact with the Speedway and monitor the weather all day tomorrow. If anything changes we will inform everyone by 8pm tomorrow night. Thanks for everyone's patience and look forward to seeing everyone Saturday.
