Going to indoor show in February track is dirt/clay sand mixture. temp be in low 40s most likely question is on set of 33a . What durometer I need? Best prep for dropping duro? Thanks for any info Given

I would "guess" that you would be on slightly softer tires (mid to high 40s) if there's not a lot of karts and the track doesn't bite up.

Unfortunately, you can't put all your eggs in one basket (despite the tire rule) because you would have an obvious advantage to have tires worked a variety of way (thick, thin, round, flat, internal, no internal, anywhere from low 40s to mid 50s) -- it just all depends on how the track is prepped and how many karts show. Another consideration would be what class and how much power are you putting to the ground (that works the tires differently as well.)

As for dropping duro -- LOTS of good products out there that will accomplish that. My favorite is Monster Bite, but others might use TT Grape, BTGP, Goat, Krug Green, or even Diesel.
