Inexpensive clone w electric start?

Looking for an inexpensive clone to put on a pit kart/barstool type kart I am building. Wanting electric start for ease of use, prefer one that I can use some of my spare 196cc parts to complete it (clutch and header, etc...) if someone has a stock one they want to sell, lmk, otherwise, where's a good place to pick up new? not looking to turn high rpms, just using it to tootle around the pits.
