I've never been around any racing karts but did some trading and ended up with one. My 9 y/o daughter is showing an interest in racing it so I'm looking for some information on it and the guy I got it from didn't know much. Any info on what type or style it is? It has a honda gx120 that's definitely not stock, is that a good enough to learn with?

Just pointing out that kart is a complete different deal than 99 % of what's talked about on this forum, she can learn in that just make sure they race them in your area, most dirt tracks on here don't offer quarter midgets.
I have a half hour of welding in it and she enjoys driving it around. With the amount of fun my 3 year old has pretending to drive it it'll rot before I get rid of it
