Sqs and 30 to 60 max this is what I'm runnin now and it works very good..

2 ounces (60cc) of Medium Rare in the right sides, 1 oz. (30cc) in the lefts.

Use less if it is giving you too much grip.

My use of other prep brands on pavement is limited, so you'd do best to contact the prep manufacturer directly, or your local dealer.
