So has anyone been seeing this garbage of the person leading after a caution going into the restart holding their arm up.they hold their arm up like something is wrong then take off, or they hold their hand up with one finger like one to go. Hey if you fall for that it's your own fault. Does anyone see this happening at big races or is this just a local busch league tactic?

Something close to that happened at a Horstman Gold Cup race. The guy in second was all over the leader, as they came out of the last turn the leader put his hand up like something was wrong. The guy in second checked up and it cost him the championship. After the race the winner said " I bet he will NEVER fall for that agin" It happens more than you would think, just got to be real slick to pull some of it off.
