JR2 clutch engagement

100 rpm before engine peak torque. Good starting spot is probably 3200. If it doesn't take off with the pack it may not be your clutch. If tires are too hard you'll get pull on starts/restarts. If the tires are right and you're losing time on starts, begin at 3200 engagement and increase spring heights/decrease tension on springs for slightly earlier engagement.

What is the best RPM for a bully 2 disk clutch to engage on a JR2 clone.
Your engine builder will have the dyno sheet and recommendation for exactly where you want to engage your clutch. Ask him first.
If that information is unavailable, then aim for peak torque for your particular engine. ShialaBEEF has given you a good idea of where that is.
