Please RSVP by 2/6 by mail (preferably) or Facebook messenger so we have an exact number and can buy food and space tables accordingly
If you are a member but not receiving a trophy or were not a member but would still like to attend the banquet, please send me a message with your address so I can have one sent out.
We will be following social distancing guidelines and you will be required to wear a mask when you are not at your table. I will have masks at the table if you do not have one.
We understand this past year has been different so if you are not comfortable attending the banquet we understand. Anyone who doesn't attend the banquet can pick up their trophy at the track once we start racing again.
If there's anyone or any business who would like to donate items for the raffle table please contact me through messenger
