Clutch=Open Dry Clutch
The engine must be ran out of the box..
-The governor must be connected and operational. ( Must surge )
-The engine must pass a governor test on the stand (5500 max with no load).
-The engine must have a key way on the flywheel as installed by factory.
- The air filter and sock must be installed per factory.
-You must run the factory gas tank.
- Gas Cap may be Vented with a SINGLE ( 1) MAX 3/16 DIA Hole drilled into cap..
You may disconnect vent tube on tank at the tank only...Vent tube must be plugged and in place if disconnected.
throttle stop screw is non-tech...oil sensor wire may be disconnected (do NOT cut wires).
-Chain guard, heat shield and throttle linkage are the only aftermarket parts allowed.
*** Must have a chain guard ****
--Skip tooth gears are NOT allowed in Predator class.....They are allowed in ALL other classes.....

PRE-TECH IS A SAFETY TECH( KART & SAFETY GEAR ) AND IS BASED ON WKA TECH MANUAL.
M Helmets are NOT allowed in Champ Classes.....
Min. year for Helmets is 2010,both SA and M
Weights
All bolt-on weight must be WHITE in color with kart number WRITTEN on weight.
All weight added to meet minimum kart/driver weight requirements shall be bolted to the kart with a minimum 5/16 or 8mm through bolt if under 7 lbs....Single Weight or Stacked Weights over 7 pounds will require a minimum single 3/8 bolt, or two 5/16 bolts. All bolts are to use double nuts, with threads of approx 1/4" still visible after the jam nut.( Nylock recommend for jam nut)...
Weight mounted to the seat will need a large washer (fender washer type) between the seat and head of bolt to prevent the head of the bolt from pulling through the seat. Elevator bolts excluded from washer requirement....

All air filter( IF you chose to use them ) Must filter from sides only...NO open ended filters...You can tape open end closed to make filter legal...
Also the Clone Walker High-Perforance Filter is Legal as long as the flat side is facing down to the tire or to the rear.

COST TO RACE – Online Prices - Pro - $65, Senior Classes - $55, Junior - $45, Predator $30(must be received by 12 pm on 10/17), ($10 charge for changing classes day of event).
COST TO RACE - Day of Event - (CASH ONLY) - Pro - $75, Senior Classes - $65, Junior - $55, Predator $40 ($10 charge for changing classes).
PIT GATE TIMES – Pits open at 5pm Friday for reserved pit spot people only, pit fee will be collected after 7 pm Friday for everyone entering the pits, Teams that don’t have reserve parking can enter after 7am Sat.
PITS - FEE - $18 in advance - Online (only). $20 on race day.
PROPERTY RULES – NO Pets, Open Flames, and Glass Containers.

What's tech definition of skip tooth, the Mini gear I've seen the tooth spacing is equal unlike a skip tooth, BUT every other tooth is shorter and more rounded ?

The teeth on the gear need to be of equal length considering wear........
Here is a picture of gear that you described....The manufacture description is SKIP TOOTH GEAR....
You can run Skip-tooth gears in ALL classes except PREDATOR.....

So since not all manufactures call them skip tooth, still cannot be used in predator because not all teeth same length they'll all be treated as skip tooth ?
