Kart Scales In Every Shop

I was told recently that most everybody has their own corner weights electronic scales, (and I'm assuming stands for the scales) is this true? If not, what percentage do?

Do electronic scales tell you how much weight you have to add at each wheel to achieve the percentages you want? I was looking on Longacre's website, at their scales article, and didn't see any way to do that.

When jacking weight by raising or lowering tires, the front, rear, left, and right side percentages don't change.
If you jack 2 lbs. into the right front it's going to add 2 lbs. to the left rear also, and it's going to take 2 lbs from both the left front and right rear. Front, rear, left side and right side percentages stay the same. Only cross changes.

Most folks have the fixed weights in place and the driver placement set to get the front and left percentages where they want them, then adjust cross (RF and LR) to fine tune the handling.
