Kids helmet help

I have a son who will be turning 4, his head is 20in in circumference.were would I find a helmet this small?

go somewhere and try them on and don't get an adult xxs that's a xl shell with a bunch of padding in it way to heavy. there are a few good choices out there impact,simpson,vega and bell all have kids helmets
