I have a kt 100 it was running fine till I installed a rebuild kit for the warlord carb...now it won't run unless I unplug the pulse line from the engine...but with that unplugged like that the crankcase isn't being lubricated right?..

That line runs the pump . Pulse Line .
Its still getting lubrication . Via the gas/oil mix .

Check the fuel line and pulse line are not crossed up on the carb easy to do lol Chuck.

The brass nipple is the gas line, the steel nipple is the pulse line. If you got those reversed and the engine runs you got something wrong inside the carb too. I suggest you take the carb apart to see what you did. You got something in there backwards. You can search for Walbro WB3A for diagrams, instructions and such.
