Kt100 piston measurements?

When purchasing a piston for the kt100, are they similar to the iame pistons? As in... is the clearance built into the size? Or do I need to order based on piston size?

My current engine has a 52.4.... a 2.063 measurement. My cylinder is around 2.070. What would I need? Obviously I can go up on cylinder if needed for clearance reasons.
 
Depends on the brand. Best bet is to ask the place where you are buying it from to measure it for you. Most of the time they will.
