Left side engine?

Does anybody make a left side mount clone engine? If not clone, anything?

They use the same engine there is not a left and right engine.

Only reason I ask is Ive seen twin engine karts, and left engine karts. On a gas engine bicycle, most engine have a weird trasnmission jack shaft setup that moves the chain from the left side of the bike to the right. Why not just have a motor with a right side shaft???

Industry does not need it and there is not a karting market for it.

Engines configured for south of the equator ( southern hemisphere) work great as left side engines.
