Wandering if there was a set of rules for a clone limited modified?

Florida has rules for BP or limited mod. Dyno Don posted them a little while back.

Florida has a BP, which is Builders Prepared. These rules are an old set of rules but may be useful, yet isnt anywhere near a modified rule set. There is no limited mod clone rules, and neither AKRA or NKA has any as well.
