1) Gasoline coming out of the air intake? Whats up and best way to fix?

2) Other 206 engine. Half throttle runs fine, full throttle revs drop and engine sputtering. Any ideas?
 
You can fix many things if you just take it apart, clean it, check your settings then put it back together.

Sounds like floats too high or not closing the valve on the first one and float's too low on the second one.
 
Sundog nailed it. Take the carb apart and clean it very well. Sounds like a float/ issue on #1. #2 may be a plugged jet in the carb. Throw a new plug in it too. I had a spark cause my 206 to misfire and not hit the limited on the stand last year so don't over look that possibility. The carb does have an extremely small hole inn The one jet so be very careful.
