Hello, does anyone have en extra engine laying around that they would sell for $3-400 that would produce over 10 horsepower? My brother is looking to get a rolling fourwheeler frame and put something on it. Thanks in advance!
 
Definitely. Download the 20% off Harbor Freight coupon, I think it's good for engines. If my memory fails me correctly 212cc engines can be had for $99.
