When the track is needing a softer tire say in the 11 or 22 range would a prepped down 33 be faster or stick with the softer tire ?

When it's just getting to the 22 and ya hit the timing right a properly prepped 22 will be faster than a prepped down 33, but more times than not your off on the timing in that case if a hard 11 is going away a pepped down 33 seems best more often, because of the missed timing for the 22's. When it's 11's it's 11's prepping a 33 down will not be faster.
