Low jet needle on walbro carb

Can you move the roll pin on the low jet adjustment needle to make it better for to making adjustment while driving or is there a different way to fix the problem

I said the wrong needle it is the high needle adjustment

Very common to push the dowel to one side.

needle nose, pliers, work just fine

Idk if they used a low end needle with the little plastic adjustment extension or if the make a high end needle like that but I kinda liked the idea myself .
