Maintenance tips for bully clutch ??

I use a very small amount of high temp wheel bearing grease on the wafer/needle bearing and driver bearing.
Remove basket and bearing. Clean those parts in parts washer (mineral spirits.)
Wipe excess dirt/oil from the drive hub, and
soak the complete assembly in acetone.
Allow to dry briefly, then
blow dry with clean, compressed air.
Apply very light lubrication (grease or vaseline) to bearings and re-assemble.
If you decide to pull the discs out and sand them and reset air gap, be sure to pay close attention to the direction, order, & orientation that each piece comes out so that they can be re-assembled exactly as they were.
