How do I get everything my tillotston 212 hemi stroker has to give I have the best of everything in it

Assuming that's true, that you have "the best of everything in it", here's my list.
Compression ratio, within the rules.
Octane, to match the compression ratio.
Compression pressure, check it often.
Air/fuel ratio to meet the engine needs versus the air density at the time of the race. (Might be tied for 1st place's) I'm assuming you will have an air density gauge? A 1% change in air density calls for a 1% change in the air/fuel ratio!
My spreadsheet collection called "nine sheets" has a page for calculating that. It's called tuning, and "tuning is tough". (Al Nunley)
