Here's an inexpensive way to make a tool to determine how long you need to make those HD chromolly push rods.
Cut 1 or 2 stock push rods.
Cut the head off of an 8 X 32 bolt.
Drill the push rod with a #29 drill bit (.136") then tap on the ID of the push rod
Screw it together and adjust the length to determine what you need.
