How much is little? do you know what kart you have.? yes margay.
Puma, lynx,,Syncro a/c syncroblade, syncroquad NOPE, syncro ssa, or brava?
but if spindles are original most likely not but.
the puma came with 15* degree spindles
lynx had 12*
all syncro were 10* and brava were 10* but with 17mm shaft...
just some help...
 
You can set up a straight kart to run on an oval you just can't tuck the left rear in as much. Go for it.
 
Funny story, I take my vintage bug kart to our local track, short and dusty my tires are old YEE Bridgestone tires 6.5 rears and 4.5 fronts, first thing that happens people come over to "help" well after the first heat race they can't believe how fast it is. It beats 90%of the field cause it can't be over adjusted, it turns when I get to the corner no need to lift has tons of side bite and goes where I point it. Different story on big momentum tracks then it can beat about 40%of the field that's only if the 40% are first year racer's
