Just bought this bike a month ago the chain popped after running over a tire. ordered a new chain and replaced this is the result.
Mini bike having loud cranking noise issues please help

what do you mean by teeth shread off
so what all do i have to replace just the clutch

Make sure the sprockets are in line. Make sure the chain is in good shape and properly lubed. Make sure the rear gear is good and the rear wheel is free spinning. Then buy a clutch and install it properly. Mechanical things arent a video game, you need to understand how it works as well as maintain it to keep it working. Its not plug and play.
Replaced clutch replaced chain tightened up all the bolts don't know what to do next if someone has discord or a mobile phone and could give me some help please let me know. (same issue as before is happening

when i put on the new chain i never attached it to the gear a beginner mistake

Sorry looked at picture ,not day, little late 
so what is this piece called here, i broke the bike again because the cottor pin wasn,t in the read gear and the castle nut came off making the piece above grind/break making it useless
