MOD2 with 10.8 Springs

Will a Mod2 cam work if its a good 10.8 spring ( dyno's heavy duty red stripe) and I shim it to get the spring height down to say .750-.760 range to increase pressure. If some is using this combo with success can you give me your spring height or how many shims and thickness you used. Thx
 
(From what I'm told) it will work with 10.8 springs. Its a cheater cam. If u look at the lobe its a lot like ur new cl cams or bsp cams. The lifter wants to jump the lobe. Ull still get valve float! But it should be around the same point as what ur getting now with a cl or bsp cam
