Has to be approved by the tech man, tech watches the replacement, and holds onto the other engine

In sprint racing, you also must start at the back in the feature.

What's listed is for karts?
You swap it has to go through the tech man, and have to started tail end of the field, other engine stays with tech

Even if using the same engine, if you change just karts you must still go through tech and start on the rear the next heat/feature.
