Has anyone had a issue with clone running hotter with different style bodies

Nope, body has very little effect on engine temp on karts. Jetting, ambient temp and kart setup are the greatest factors.

I have heard of people that say motor temps change a little bit when going from high side body to swoop body. I don't know if it is true but I have heard many people say that.

Not that I have experienced . High side , swoop or Wedge Body .
Nothing noticable .
