We're can you find the bracket that is threaded that you put bolt through so you don't have to use a nut when mounting the nose of the body? Another question were do you get the gel decal cover for a mychron at?

the nose only attaches to the kart by bolting it to the tabs along the bottom of the front bumper

He's talking about these

Comet kart sales has them

Could he be talking about the aluminum bracket that clamps to the 3/4" front bumper and extends up so that you can mount the nose for extra support? (looks something like the old weight brackets we used to run.)

I should have those in stock here if you still need. Give us a call.

XXX, is that some sort of road racing nose mounts you have shown in your Comet picture? I would not have even guessed that, but who knows.

I think he might be referring to the upright flat stock that holds the upper part of the body on, I prefer to use S.S. because it don't rust and is stronger than Alum., if I have to use alum., I prefer to use at least a min. 3-1/16" thick x 1" piece. I also like to make a template of the bottom holes from the front bumper brackets.

Race City Race Parts out of NC has the "Nose Nutz" that replace the Dzus spring with a threaded connection, if that is what you are looking for.
