This is what we use. For flat karts they work well. The Hans type devices catch on the back of the seat.

20 bucks, that's not bad and what I was looking at.

I really like my Team Valhalla 360 device. Its pricey, but being able to turn my head is worth it for me. Along with it being cooler on those hot summer days.
