Could use a bit more nose, maybe a bit less left but the numbers arent that far off. I am going to say its tires, a prep issue.
 
Only 1 1/8th stagger on a 1/8th mile. I'm no expert but you might not have enough stagger which will hurt your entry going in and by time the kart turns it breaks loose. I could be wrong... I'm curious to hear the other suggestions

Get up on your RF camber, especially with 400 lbs. I'd run -3.25 on the RF. It'll help with your corner speed and looseness all in one adjustment.
 
We have the 2013 triton and race a track that sounds a lot like your track. We had to raise the seat to raise vertical height to get more bite. Mop the tires with black sand prep and increase rear stagger. That seamed to get us hooked up pretty good when my son don't over drive!
