Iam finishing up the final few things on my kart and ive got the axel sprocket slid as far right as I can, and ive got my clutch with the gears pointing toward the motor but the chain is angled toward the right too much, what do I need to do to get the chain lined up straight?

If you have a mount that can be adjusted laterally, do that ! If you don't, then I suggest buying one. Black Rhino, Burris and many others are adjustable sideways
Ok, that makes sense, cause the guy I got it from had the same frame same mount and same clutch, only difference is he had a clone motor and ive got a flat head.
