Need help with ID/ parts

Hi new to the forum. I have lots of experience with yard karts and mini bikes, but
recently picked up my first racing chassis ( well at least first kinda modern, my other kart is
a 60' simplex challenger)

Its been hacked a bit, and needs help. Seems to be a metric kart, the main things I need
are the left rear seat mount that somebody bubba'd, bearings for the 40mm tubular axle,
and replacements for the cracked/ crubbed rear rims that are on a 3x 56mm pattern on 8mm studs, the tires that came with it are 8in wide.

And if someone could id the chassis or give an approximate build date that would be sweet. Thanks guys!

100% know the steering upright is off a different brand of kart.

Yeah the front spindles dont look right either, shimmed to fit. And the front hubs are standard 3x 2.5 with 1/4 studs. Maybe I should get new rear hubs with a less unobtainable bolt pattern?rear axle looks correct and id like to keep it. I think any 40mm x 80mm bearings should work?

I'd be more worried about the integrity of the chassis as a whole.

Yes its just a yard kart now. Im sure if i brought it to my local track id get laughed at.

The chassis seems straight , other than the booger welded seat mount and cut off rear bumper / side bars it looks usable. If you think thats bad you dont want to see my simplex lol

All the rims I see are 2.5in on 3 for 1/4 in studs. The hubs are m8.

Yall really buy new rims then drill the holes out bigger? Seems like a crude solution
for a race vehicle

That steering upright was produced by Ward Karting from 00-06 and was not only used on their Infiniti chassis line but also the few different brands they built, none of which were sprint karts

Being a noob to racing karts, it seems the angle on that column is very steep for how laid back
the seat is.

Me being 5'10", after sitting in it, the steering wheel seems to be in the perfect position on my chassis.
So im not going to mess with that.

I think I got the right rims and bearings picked out, just need a seat as the non cracked one that came with the kart is
way too small for me.

Apparently im not built for karting as it seems the xx-large seat is what I need haha

Thats the way seats are in oval race karts, Enduro seats lay you down, get the drivers body down out of the wind, and to control weight transfer.
The angle on steering upright in the pictures I posted are the way all purpose built oval chassis or offset chassis are.
Yours is made for left and right hand turns, ours are for left hand only.

The more I work on it, the more I see how pieced together this thing is.

Good news its almost ready to have some fun. The rims I got fit perfect,
the tires were a PITA to mount but it's done, got new axle bearings, sprocket,
inferno fury clutch, ect.

Might I ask, is there any reason I can't swap the plastic brake lines
for metal?

And I would still be very cool if someone knows what this frame is.
I cant find any markings on it, and since all the parts aren't original
I have nothing to go on.
