Hello all. We are fairly new to the champ kart scene. My son is running a Phantom Nemesis in the jr. champ class with a blue plate clone engine. When we bought the kart it was running on dirt. We now run on a 1/5 mile asphalt, fairly flat track. Our problem is it hops so bad from the center of the corner off, he can't keep in the throttle. Of course this is killing his straightaway speed. I scaled it tonight and listed the numbers below. All input is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Total Weight - 375
Left - 56.3%
Nose - 47.8%
Cross - 56.3%
LF - +4.5, +.25
RF - +12.5, -2.75
Toe out - 1/8"
 
I would close up the caster split, 8 degrees is more than I've seen before. Your nose looks heavy also, should be around 45-45.5. Might wanna drop cross 1-2%
