flattop1 Dawg 89 Apr 18, 2021 #2 16/1 oil mix . Depending on if its supposed to run or has in say five years . Fill with fuel an pull the cord . Or clean carb , possible torn gasket or diaphram . Pull plug oil cylinder. Check for spark . Pull cord
