Attention Stock Appearing racers....

Starting in 2019 we will have a Stock Appearing class at each of our series races. We tried to run a 4cycle open class but it just didn’t pan out at most tracks. So we are going with an SA engine package that will be much more affordable to the racer to build and race. The engine rules are listed here.

2019 GaUAS Stock Appearing engine rules...

We will try our best to be open tire for this class, but some tracks we run at may have a tire rule. If so we will give plenty of notice before a scheduled race.

These rules are not concrete just yet. They may be a change or two before next season starts. We are just getting the word out. Contact Jody at ARC Racing for any questions...

Sounds good, any chance of getting some of the 100cc 2 smokes in on that plenty sitting on the bench around here. Kent ran that limited outlaw deal around Nc&Sc and it drew more than UAS. Chuck.

Not in this class. This is for a 4 cycle based class. Lots of these engines sitting around ready to go in this area, 100cc 2smokes not so much. Got to go with what is popular at the time.

Yea, bummer that there's no animal engines allowed -- easily fit in the CC window and certainly plentiful used animals on the cheap.

Taking a SWAG here, this animal issue might be with the OEM carburetor.
I don't know how much an OEM clone carb can bored without hitting air, but they do start out at .615 or so
Likewise, I don't know how much an animal carb can be enlarged without hitting air, but I do know that the animal OEM carb starts out with a significantly larger cross area.

As "Limited" as these "Stock Appearing" rules are ;) ……….

Allow the Animal with the Huaya or Ruixing Clone Carb...…..easy fix...….and you could sell off that Walbro PZ or Briggs Copy PZ and finance a decent chunk of the mods.

or better allow the PZ on the clone.
