New to clone and need some help

I raced stock flat heads per WKA rules and am now moving to stock OHV. I’m looking to find out what I can legally do to a new clone block to make it a race motor per AKRA rules. (oil flow, block pressure, weld) etc.? And what can I legally do to the head? Thanks.
