New to Tech

I have started running my own track. I am currently looking for a tech man. Until I get one hired I need a few tips. I have a certified spring tester and certified no go gauges . I have several legal motors at track that I calibrate some tools with. My question is what do I need to look for as far as cheating . What are people doing to these Clones to make it hard to find ? Any info will help
