Four years ago I finally upgraded to a 47" LCD 1080P TV. It was a huge difference and the picture was great. This year I bought myself a new 60" LED for christmas it's even better. Now the problem, Some of my favorite movies are now ruined. The LED is so clear it makes the CIG effects look so bad it's not funny. What looked so cool before now is so obviously fake a 2 year old would notice. Not sure this level of clarity was so good after all.



Even the zombies look more fake if that is possible.

We noticed the same thing about seeing imperfections and it changing how you saw it. But then you'll get use to it and not see them anymore. It's sort of makes that famous person on screen who is loved by all, sort of ugly or plain like everyone else.

You'll get use to it and get into the program, much like getting into a stage play. darn, now I'll start seeing the pimples and stuff again.


Hey, if ya got 3d too... scoot over to the side and look at it, you'll be able to see stuff off stage, you can't see looking straight on at the TV.

If I can remember far enough back from my younger days, it's kind of like when you're at a bar and the lights come on at closing time. :)
