It's an ICC engine, purpose built for karting, and appears to be "MC" brand, though I'm having some trouble finding them online. Could be italian or European.

MC Motori. Possibly a BAT-3.
I had one, not too bad at the time. It was pretty good out of the hole...

They are a little different from a KZ\ICC as they come with a VHSB30 vs a VHSH30 carb, so the jetting was a little quirky on it.
You can find a homologation document for it here: https://forums.kartpulse.com/t/cik-homolgation-document-archive-and-more/5419

I really appreciate the help. Thank you

"..... pretty good out of the hole". ???

That's an understatement!! Though it appears far more the driver than the engine! What a launch!! Nice job!!

That's a high complement coming from you. I'll take it!
Pucker factor when I had to go close to the wall was pretty high.

I believe the MC brand has been orphaned unfortunately... though probably some of the main consumables (pistons/bearings/etc) could be compatible with the TM of the era (K9 series).
