Newer Trick LTO bumper tight of loose ?

Does Trick recommend running the rear bumper tight or loose ? This kart did not come with a set up sheet or any kind of owners manual so we are a little in the dark on the baseline set ups.

Loose, should have clevises so it don’t fall off
