After a full weekend of racing on October 16-17, we finish with the 4th running of the lucrative Octoberfest 40, paying $2,000 to win for PRO Clone 360! For the fourth consecutive year, this event stands as the largest winner's purse in CNY karting and will pit some of the best drivers in the region against one another.

Last year, we had a record 33 drivers vying for 22 spots and a total purse of $4,980. This year, that purse returns with a full field:

1 - $2,000, 2 - $1,000, 3 - $750, 4 - $500, 5 - $300, 6 - $100, 7 - $95, 8 - $85, 9 - $75, 10 - $65

This year's field is wide open for the 40-lapper with Jamie Shutts, past 40 champion Jeremy Tuttle and Jared John having already collected PRO 360 wins in 2021. Add in the likes of defending champion Dan Marsden and previous track champions David Hackett and Nick McGill, along with expected PA invaders - and this 2K special will be a can't miss event! We will post pre-entries as they come in...

Previous Octoberfest 40 Champions:
2018 - Jeff Chapman
2019 - Jeremy Tuttle
2020 - Dan Marsden

About Weedsport Speedway: Officially opened for the first time on July 24, 1955 – the Weedsport Speedway 3/8 mile dirt oval has produced a legendary list of drivers and champions including Will Cagle, Danny Johnson, Bob McCreadie, Alan Johnson, Jack Johnson, and Dave Lape to name a few. In 2018, Weedsport introduced the all-new Weedsport Kartway, just outside of the Speedway’s main pit area, to begin to foster the next generation of racers, crew members and race fans. Couple the racing with state-of-the-art camping and track amenities, unmatched on-site television production capabilities, plus the ability for large scale concert productions and Weedsport is one of the marquee entertainment venues in the country.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 16 CANCELED: Due to the high probability for rain all day on Saturday, the Saturday portion of Octoberfest has been canceled! All entry fees for Saturday (Except NYS Clone Invitational) will be refunded to the card they were issued to. We do plan to attempt the NYS Clone Invitational on Sunday. PRO Jr. Blue Clone and the $1,000 PRO Clone 360 event are canceled and will NOT run Sunday.

We will post a Sunday schedule soon. We do realize that Sunday is still questionable - but we want to make sure we give ourselves every opportunity to run this last event. A determination on Sunday's events will be made before 1 p.m. on Saturday.

UPDATED Sunday Schedule below! All times remain the same, the only change is that we added in the NYS Clone Invitational. Time trial order for points classes will again be determined by pre-entries and points - highest in points going last (as long as they are pre-entered). All Pro classes, including the NYS Clone Invitational, will lineup for time trials based on practice speeds (fastest going last). As always - if you time trial out of order, you forfeit time trials.
