noram clutch question

do you mix the springs like you would for the hillard clutch if so which tension is best for 206 class ??

No need to mix springs, since there are only two (assuming you're using a Noram GE clutch) in the clutch. I'd suggest an engagement around 2800 RPM for a Junior 1 class, then 3100 to 3300 RPM for a Jr. 2 or senior class. That should be a baseline starting point. Noram website has details regarding spring color choices that will get you close. Do factor in whether you have heavy or light shoes in that clutch to achieve the desirable engagement RPM. Have fun!

which would be better to have the light or heavy shoe ? 206 senior class . the driver on this is interchangeable or is fixed to each drum . does this only take noram drivers or will Hilliard ones fit

Pete Muller used to have an article on his site where he pretty much proved that the heaviest shoes, with springs strong enough to hold the engine stall at peak torque, are the best. The most important thing is that the engines stall should be at peak torque.

Heavy shoe, one orange one purple spring, setting #4. Driver is fixed. btw, much happier after switching to MaxOtorque.
