NOS model 13

All I/C have the steel sleeve but not all I/C have dual bearings. If memory serves me correctly, the third digit on the model number is what indicates how many bearings it has, amongst a couple other irrelevant things. So if third digit is higher than 1 then it will have more than 1 bearing.

^ Not quite. third digit refers to cylinder in most cases.

The first 2 digits are the cubic inches (13 in this case.) The 3rd digit (1st digit after the displacement) is the design series (ie cylinder.)
The 4th digit (2nd digit after the displacement) is the style of crank (vert. or hor,) carb, and governor.
The 5th number (3rd digit after displacement) "1" in this case, refers to the bearing. This is a flange mounting plain bearing.
The 6th number (4th after displacement) is the type of starter.

or at least, that's how I remember it.
