Called NR Racing Tuesday morning to check on side cover studs and new chains...ordered online Tuesday afternoon. Got everything in the mail exactly as described online today. The guy I spoke with (don't remember who) was very nice, checked on the stuff I needed right away and promised that if I ordered them that day, he would get them out for me.
